Shipping Information

Payment and Fees

  • Free shipping! Orders totalling $99.00 or more ship free within the United States.
  • For a shipping cost estimate, use the Shipping Cost Estimate Tool in the shopping cart.
  • Orders paid with an e-check will not ship until the payment has cleared. This typically takes 3-7 business days.

Mishipped Items Policy

  • Please check your order upon receipt and report any missing or incorrect items to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Please note we cannot ship missing items reported after 7 days from receipt of your order.

Lead Times & Schedule

  • Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days unless 2-day or overnight shipping is selected, in which case we will expedite processing. Some non-stocked parts, including some GM factory parts, may take up to 7 business days to ship.
  • The cut-off time for same day shipping is 12:00 PM EST for Ground and International shipments
  • The cut-off time for 2-day and Overnight shipments is 2:00 PM EST.
  • NO delivery on weekends for overnight orders. Overnight orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday. Overnight orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.
  • Holiday Schedule: We are closed and do not ship on the following holidays. Note that if the holiday falls on a weekend, we will close on the business day closest to it (Friday or Monday).

Shipping Methods

  • IMPORTANT: Orders valued over $1,000 will require a signature for delivery. If no one will be available to sign for your delivery, please contact us for additional options.
  • We offer standard ground, 2-day, and overnight shipping options to most regions.
  • In-store pickup is also available at no extra charge. Please see the in-store pickup instructions.
  • The carriers we typically use include FedEx, UPS, DHL, and United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • International orders are only shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS and typically arrive within a week. We do not ship using local postal services due to reliability issues and long transit times.
  • When free shipping is available and selected by the customer, the item will be shipped using the most economical shipping method available.

International Orders

  • To guarantee on-time delivery, all international orders are shipped via DHL whenever possible.
  • Please note that we cannot control customs clearance delays for international shipments. In some rare cases shipments can take a month or more to clear customs and reach the customer.
  • For certain destinations, we may only accept payment via PayPal with a certified shipping address or via a bank wire transfer.

Shipping Insurance & Guarantee

  • All shipping prices are quoted with insurance included.
  • Should your order be lost or damaged during shipping, the customer must cooperate with Improved Racing to process a shipping claim.
  • Improved Racing will be responsible for reshipping, repairing the order, or issuing the customer a refund in a timely manner.
